Recruitment

The Lebanon Police Department strives to recruit qualified candidates for employment. We seek and encourage diversity in our employees. Recruitment personnel participate in job fairs, career days, career lectures, and ride along programs. In addition, we sponsor Cumberland University’s Criminal Justice Internship Program, in which enrolled students must complete a 100-hour practicum. Applications for employment for the Lebanon Police Department are submitted electronically through the City’s webpage.
