The Records Office is a function of the Administrative Services Division. It is primarily responsible for data entry, storage, maintenance, security and retrieval of all incident, accident, and arrest reports. In addition, the office oversees the compilation of statistical data, as reported to state and federal agencies. The Records Office manages and provides security for the City of Lebanon Traffic Court. The Records Office employs both full time and part time employees.
The Lebanon Police Department Records Office operates Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
