The City of Lebanon is applying for a Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) HOME Program Grant. The name of the program is Housing Rehabilitation. The purpose of the grant is to correct eligible substandard owner-occupied housing located in the city. Rehabilitation work will correct deficiencies in eligible homes and make them safe, sanitary and energy efficient. The HOME grant funds can be used only to address owner-occupied units within the City limits.
