1. My company already has a corporate membership. How do I join the Jimmy Floyd Family Center under their membership?: Many of our corporate memberships are handled through the company's human resources department, so your HR department may have more information as well. 2. What are your monthly corporate membership rates?: Rates depend on the number of employees at your company. The more employees enrolled, the greater the discount.

3. What is a corporate membership?: It is a partnership between the JFFC and local businesses. We offer discounted memberships to local businesses that wish to improve employee morale, retention, productivity and the physical and mental well being of all their employees.

4. Who is eligible for corporate memberships?: Employees of small local businesses, large corporations, health-care facilities, school districts and many other organizations are eligible. Contact Nichol Teague. Contact information can be found in our staff directory.

5. How do we get started?: Your organization must first designate a representative, usually someone in the benefits/HR department. This person gathers employee interest and sets up the initial sign-up at your site. This person would be the primary liaison between the JFFC and the employees of their organization. They would promote the JFFC corporate membership program and other JFFC programs on an ongoing basis.

6. How many employees are needed to initiate the membership?: Ten. The first 10 people must sign up at your site then the membership process can begin.

7. Are employee's family members eligible for this benefit?: Yes, as long as the employee is the primary name on the membership.
