What types of benefits does the City offer?
The City of Lebanon offers a very attractive, and extensive benefits package to its employees. This package includes: competitive salaries, and excellent health insurance to employees and available for their family, vision plan and optional dental insurance, pension plan and deferred compensation for retirement. Employees also receive life insurance, longevity benefits, military leave, maternity leave, bereavement leave, a wellness program and employee assistance program. Employees can earn 13 sick days per year and up to 20 vacation days, depending on length of service, and 13 paid holidays each year.
