The SSOER database list information such as the date, location, reason for the overflow, measures taken to relieve the problem, and other details. The SSOER database can be viewed at the following links: 2003 SEWER OVERFLOW LOCATION MAP, 2003 SEWER OVERFLOW INFORMATION SPREADSHEET, at the Office of the City/Utilities Engineer, which is located at 200 Castle Heights Avenue North, during normal business hours. Any comments on the SSOER database or specific overflow locations or events are requested. Comments will be received for 60 days following this notice.
