Copies of Minutes will typically be available three (3) business days after they are approved by the board or commission. Minutes of the previous month will be approved at the following monthly meeting. There is a charge of one dollar ($1.00) per page for the cost of copying; payable at time request is made.

Copies of video/cassette tape recordings will typically be available within five business days after request is submitted. There is a fifty dollar ($50.00) charge for making a copy of a taped meeting; payable at the time the request is made.

Written decision reports are typically available within five business days after BOZA or Planning Commission meetings. There is a charge of one dollar ($1.00) per page to cover the cost of copying payable at the time request is made.

All requests for official city records available to the public under the Public Records Act must be requested at the Office of the Commissioner of Finance and Revenue/City Recorder, 200 North Castle Heights Avenue, Lebanon, Tennessee, by filing a written request on this form.
