In addition to supplying area high schools with certified athletic trainers, The UMC Sports Medicine Outreach Program provides coverage to the Jimmy Floyd Family Center. As the primary health care consultant for the city of Lebanon's state-of-the-art wellness center, Lee evaluates and treats athletic injuries, makes general health referrals and recommendations, as well as rehabilitation maintenance programs. He participates in educational programs, health awareness projects, and community health and safety events. He also provides training and wellness recommendations for members and patrons of the facility. Patrons may schedule a consultation with Lee at the front desk.

Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky and a Master of Science in Physical Education of Athletic Training from The Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

The past 7 years he has served as the Certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach for Gordonsville High School and Red Boiling Springs High School under the employment of University Medical Center and Sumner Regional Medical Center respectively. He rejoins University Medical Center under this new position.
