This meeting is held on the third Tuesday of the month, prior to the regular commission meeting (4th Tuesday of each month), and the agenda will be available after this preliminary meeting. The minutes of each regular commission meeting are approved at the following monthly meeting and are available online after their approval. Planning Commission Agendas/Minutes Board of Zoning Appeals The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals Agenda is available on Wednesday after the submittal deadline, which is the second Monday of the month. The regular scheduled meeting is held on the fourth Monday of each month.
