Offenders must provide their current address, personal information, contact numbers, and are required to be fingerprinted. In addition to the above requirements, independent verification of their address is conducted as well. All Sexual Offenders must register annually and Violent Sexual Offenders must register every three months. A violation of this law is now a felony.
