DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Investigates crimes and accidents. Protects residential and commercial property in city limits by law enforcement.


                         MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Completion of Law Enforcement Academy

Good physical condition.

Valid Tennessee Drivers License

At least 18 years of age

Successful report from physical examination including psychological examination and drug screening.

**All applicants tentatively selected for this position will be required to submit to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use (including use of steroids) prior to appointment.**
