Educational Activities:

Caregiver Support Group
Being a caregiver for someone with a chronic illness is not any easy task. It can add a lot of stress to your life and can affect your health as well. Sometimes it just helps to be able to talk to someone who is in the same situation that you are in. We have a Caregiver Support Group that meets on the second Thursday of each month at 8:30 a.m. We have members who are serving as caregivers for their loved ones, such as a spouse, parent, sibling, or friend. Joining us each month are Blair from Odyssey Hospice and Tasha from Home Instead Senior Care. Come and share with other who are dealing with the same problems and get answers from healthcare professionals.

Grief Support Group
The grief of losing someone that you love cannot be known until you are placed in that situation. Everyone experiences grief in their own way. There is no right or wrong in grieving. We have a Grief Support Group that meets the second Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. Our group is designed to bring people together who share a common experience – the loss of a loved one. Whether it has been 2 months or 5 years, the pain of loss can still be very intense. If you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, please join us for a strictly confidential meeting to share feelings and offer support.

Driver's Safety Class Scheduled for August
