SANITARY SEWER OVERFLOW EVALUATIONEngineering Department200 North Castle Heights Ave. Suite 300 Lebanon, TN 37087 Phone: 615-444-3647 Fax: 615-444-1515 SANITARY SEWER OVERFLOW EVALUATION REPORT (SSOER) As a part of an Agreed Order with the Tennessee Department of Environmental Conservation, the City of Lebanon has compiled a Sanitary Sewer Overflow Evaluation Report (SSOER) regarding all confirmed sanitary sewer overflows within the collection system per year. The SSOER database list information such as the date, location, reason for the overflow, measures taken to relieve the problem, and other details. The SSOER information can be viewed at the links below. Any comments on the SSOER database or specific overflow locations or events are requested. Comments will be received for 60 days following this notice.
