Food Trucks

ATTENTION- Food Truck Ordinance No. 21-6250  has recently been updated as of 8/3/2021.

Food Truck Information

Food Trucks may operate between the hours of 6am-8pm. Food Trucks will be given a grace period of one hour before 6am and one hour after 8pm to set up/clean up only. All Food Trucks must be moved every day.

If you are setting up on public property, no tables or chairs are allowed. If you are setting up on private property, you are allowed 2 tables and 8 chairs. If you are operating for more than 3 hours at a location, you must have written agreement that permits access to an indoor restroom for employees at that location, during all hours of operation. This written agreement will need to be available upon request by the City.

If you cook inside your Food Truck and have the State Fire Inspection Permit, you are not required to obtain a Fire Inspection on the City Level. The Business Tax Office will need a copy of your State Fire Inspection Permit along with your application. If you do not have the State Fire Inspection Permit, you will be required to obtain a Fire Inspection with the Lebanon Fire Department.
