The South Hartmann Gateway Zoning Overlay


The South Hartmann Drive Overlay was passed by City Council on October 6, 2020 and established Land Use Plans and Design Standards to ensure that development or redevelopment is consistent with the South Hartmann Gateway Planning Study. Please click on the image below for the full document.

The South Hartmann Drive Gateway Plan Document Amendments are as follows:

Ordinance 23-6644 The amendment increased commercial components in the overlay area and added additional clarification regarding parking.

Ordinance 23-6787 The amendment (currently going to City Council) will clarify points of confusion on open space requirements and commercial and residential use percentages and exempt certain areas from frontage requirement types.
